Bartlett & Deal Title Services, LLC acted as the affiliated title company (commonly owned) for the law firm of Bartlett & Deal, PA up until 2011. All of the interest in Bartlett & Deal, PA was purchased by Blake F. Deal III, Esq. from Baron L. Bartlett, Esq. and the name of the firm was changed to Briley & Deal, PA. Mr. Deal and his partner, Randy Briley, now operate Briley & Deal, LLC. As part of the buyout of Mr. Bartlett's interest by Mr. Deal, all business goodwill, the phone number, website address, client lists, client files, and former business of Bartlett & Deal, PA was purchased and is wholly owned by Mr. Deal. Bartlett & Deal Title Services, LLC is also wholly owned by Mr. Deal. Bartlett & Deal Title Services, LLC no longer acts as a title agent in the State of Florida- all title business for Mr. Deal's companies is conducted through the law firm of Briley & Deal, LLC. As such, Bartlett & Deal Title Services, LLC acts as a title referral business for the purpose of directing and referring all former clients of Bartlett & Deal Title Services and Bartlett & Deal, PA to the current firm of Briley & Deal, LLC.
